How to Cancel & Delete Account

To cancel your subscription or permanently delete your account, please send an email to navneet.vishwakarma@navneettechlabs.com with the subject line "Cancellation & Deletion Request". Please include your School Name and User ID in the email body. We process all cancellation and deletion requests within 7-14 business days. Automatically uninstalling the application from your device will not cancel your active subscription or delete your account.

How to Cancel (Automatic Methods)

You can cancel your Manage subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. To cancel, simply contact our support team through any of the following channels:

Please include your school name and the reason for cancellation so we can process your request promptly. We may reach out to understand your feedback and see if there is anything we can do to help before processing the cancellation.

Access After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your school will continue to have full access to the Manage platform until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after the cancellation is processed.
  • All features and functionality remain available until the billing period expires.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation via email or WhatsApp.

After Cancellation

Once your billing period ends after cancellation:

  • Access to the Manage app will be deactivated for all users at your school.
  • Your school's data will be retained for a limited period in case you decide to reactivate your subscription.
  • If you wish to have your data permanently deleted, you can request this by contacting our support team.
  • To reactivate your account, simply contact us and we will restore your school's access with all previous data intact (if still within the retention period).

Important Notes

  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
  • If your subscription was part of a special offer or promotional plan, cancellation terms from that offer may apply.
  • We recommend downloading or noting any important data before your access expires after cancellation.
