This policy explains how Manage collects, stores, and uses school data solely for operating our school management service and supporting your school. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than delivering our platform services.

Data Access by Role

Manage uses role-based access control to ensure every user only sees the data they are authorized to view:

• School Admins — Full access to school-wide data including student records, attendance, fees, staff details, and reports.
• Teachers — Access to class-related data: attendance, homework, exam marks, and timetable for their assigned classes only.
• Parents — Access to only their child's information: attendance, homework, fee details, and school notices.
• Accountants — Access to fee collections, payment records, receipts, and financial reports.
• Transport Staff — Access to transport routes, student assignments, and schedule information.

Data Security

We take the security of your school's data seriously and implement the following measures:

• Authentication and authorization for every user login.
• Role-based access control to restrict data visibility.
• Data isolation between schools — no school can access another school's data.
• Industry-standard security practices for data storage and transmission.
• Regular security updates and monitoring.

Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide our school management services. This includes school details, user profiles, student records, attendance data, fee records, homework, exam results, notices, timetables, and transport information — all entered by authorized school staff through the Manage app.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your school's subscription is active. After cancellation, data is kept for a limited period to allow for account reactivation. You can request permanent deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
