Data Retention

We retain your school's data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for a reasonable period to allow for reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request early deletion by contacting us.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from the Manage School App, you must send us an email request. Please email us at navneet.vishwakarma@navneettechlabs.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7-14 business days and permanently remove your data, subject to any legal obligations requiring us to retain certain records.
