Terms & Conditions

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Manage school management application ("the App") or the website at manage.navneettechlabs.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including school administrators, teachers, parents, accountants, transport staff, and any other authorized users.

Account Use

When your school subscribes to Manage, we create accounts for authorized users as directed by the school administration. By using your account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the onboarding process.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized individuals.
  • Use the platform only for legitimate school management purposes.
  • Not attempt to access data belonging to other schools or users outside your authorized scope.
  • Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

The school administration is responsible for managing which users have access to their school's account on Manage. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Account Cancellation & Deletion

If you choose to stop using our services and wish to fully delete your account, you cannot do this automatically within the app. You must send a cancellation and deletion request via email to navneet.vishwakarma@navneettechlabs.com. It may take 7-14 business days to process your account deletion. Keep in mind that once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your school data and it cannot be recovered.

Subscription & Payment

Manage operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription plans and pricing are communicated during onboarding and may be updated with prior notice.
  • Payments are due as per the agreed billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  • Your subscription gives your school access to the Manage platform and its features for the duration of the paid period.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of the current billing period.
  • Non-payment or overdue payments may result in temporary suspension of access until the account is brought up to date.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Manage application, website, logo, design, code, content, and documentation are owned by Navneet Tech Labs. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Manage app or its content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
  • Use the Manage brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Manage platform.

The data you enter into Manage (student records, attendance, fees, etc.) remains your school's property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Limitation of Liability

Manage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain a reliable and accurate platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • We are not responsible for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of Manage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
