Refund Policy

Digital Service Policy

Manage is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Since our service is digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon subscription activation, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been activated and used.

We encourage all schools to take advantage of our free demo before subscribing. This allows you to see the full app in action and make an informed decision before committing to a paid plan.

When Refunds Are Considered

We understand that certain situations may warrant a refund. We will review and consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate amount.
  • Service not activated: If you paid for a subscription but your school account was never set up or activated, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Technical failure: If a persistent technical issue on our end prevented your school from using the platform for a significant portion of the billing period, and we were unable to resolve it, a partial or full refund may be considered.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after the subscription has been activated and used.
  • Partial use of the platform during the billing period.
  • Situations where the school chose not to use the service despite it being available and functional.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to navneet.vishwakarma@navneettechlabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your school name, subscription details, payment date, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Submit your request within 7 days of the payment date.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 working days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
